As the Center’s program coordinator, Theresa lends a hand in program development and training. Having a BA in Sociology, she has a particular interest in masculinities, female development, gender based inclusion and exclusion, and a variety of ethnic/cultural issues and concerns. Her work at the Gender Relations Center has served to focus her efforts in the service of feminist ideals.
Theresa’s undergraduate work was completed at Indiana University South Bend and Michigan State University East Lansing, Michigan. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honor Society, and is currently working toward attaining a Master’s degree. Prior to joining the GRC she was a stay-at-home-mom and served in a variety of volunteer capacities with community organizations addressing the needs of women and children.
