Inexperienced and experienced writers alike are encouraged to reflect on the nature of violence, how to prevent it, and how to build a more just and humane society.

One component of the GRC's Violence Prevention Initiative, the Writing Workshop is a joint collaboration with the Creative Writing Program.  This year, Elizabeth Cornwell, an MFA candidate in Creative Writing will server as a co-leader along with GRC Graduate Intern, Lorraine Cuddeback, a third-year MDiv student.  Additional MFA students will facilitate small groups.
