SPAR: Students Preventing Acquaintance Rape

SPAR is a 50 minute program facilitated by FIRE Starter Peer Educators to first-year students in their residence halls.  The program includes a frank discussion about campus culture, consent, a general overview of the Indiana state law and DuLac, acquaintance rape and bystander intervention.

Because first-year students are most at risk for being involved in a rape or sexual assault prior to Thanksgiving, this program will be available Aug. 31 - Oct. 2, 2012.

Due to coordination, this program must be requested by a Rector.
