Co-Sponsorship Policies and Expectations

Beginning August 25, 2015, new policies regarding co-sponsorships with GRC have taken effect:

• Co-sponsorship requests are considered on a case-by-case basis with members of the entire GRC staff.

• Co-sponsorship requests can be made at any time, though requests are always subject to available funding.

• All individuals, student clubs, student organizations and outside organizations will be subject to the same request review process.

• Co-sponsorships must align with the mission of GRC to support students in forming safe and healthy relationships.

• Cosponsored events must feature the name “Gender Relations Center” and/or “GRC” on all advertisements and publicity; logos and other identifying marks and wording will also be desired when possible.

• Co-sponsorship requests will be deliberated on by the entire GRC staff and an answer returned within 48 open business hours.
