Allyship and Accompaniment
The Allyship and Accompaniment area supports peer education about allyship, accompaniment, and cultivating community. In doing so, it opens up room for conversation about how to create a more robust sense of belonging at Notre Dame and beyond for LGBTQ students, allies, and all people.

Workshop: Allyship 101
Notre Dame’s LGBTQ student community simultaneously cultivates joy and faces challenges, mirroring other campus communities across the country. This workshop engages students in conversation about dignity, accompaniment, and flourishing; educates about allyship best practices and definitions; and opens up room for conversation about how to create a more robust sense of belonging.
